says they are calling from "stats Canada" asking to do a survey, and then they ask for personal info.

This number has called me seven times since january 25th. Never home when they call so have not answered. Who is it and why are they calling me?

Money, our phone numbers are information that is bought and routed through channels you do not see automatically by bigger corporations who are making money-selling information lists to bottom feeders. Heavy Indian accented caller, stating I took out a payday loan and never paid it back. I told him I have proof that I've never received a payday loan ever. He gave no way to dispute, told me I had 2 options, pay an amount in which he never disclosed, or he'll mail me a summons. Claimed to be with a company called Langer and Langer Associates, told me to appear in court to prove I didn't take it, gave me a court date of, but would not give me a specific court, he told me not to worry about that part of it. Would not give me a physical mailing address to their company, I advised not to call my POE, they have repeatedly called, claiming to be Officer "so and so", various names. this number needs to be shut down, they are trying to scam people out of money.

I received a phone call at lease 4X a day. They call my mobile phone; I never answer my phone at work. When I return the call no one answers - please advise...Don't want to receive any more calls

I've been receiving calls from this number for the past week. They always call in the late afternoon and at night. The worst thing about this caller is the night time calls. I just fall asleep and answer, but again, no one is there. I did try calling back but received a message that the call is not traceable. It's listed in Utah. I have reported this to Qwest, and am using "Call Trace" to report it to the Annoyance department.
